1. Instantaneous energization of double control valves , Ventilation
Conventional double electric (gas) control valves have a memory function (except three-position valves). In the case of instantaneous energization, the energization time should be more than 0.1s. Make sure the valve is reversed.
2. The use of minimum oxygen supply pressure
For internal pilot valves, the minimum operating pressure requirements need to be considered, direct-acting or The external pilot type is not restricted by the minimum operating pressure.
3. Use under vacuum conditions
If the AIRTAC valve is used for vacuum switching, measures should be taken to prevent dust from Suction cup suction measures, and when used under vacuum conditions, a direct-acting or external pilot-operated reversing valve should be used.
