Two-position cut-off action principle (Xiaoju as an example): It is controlled by a two-position three-way solenoid valve or a two-position five-way air control valve. The solenoid valve changes after being energized. The position of the valve core and the air outlet is changed, thereby achieving the purpose of changing the air path. Cylinder control valve can be remotely controlled and can be opened and closed manually, or it can be opened and closed quickly by pressing the pneumatic button on site.

Troubleshooting methods for cylinder control valves
When checking the cylinder-type regulating valve, please note that the air source pressure is generally 0.4-0.7MPa. Note that there should be no air leakage or blockage in the instrument pipelines and joints.
1. There are two types of solenoid valves, DC and AC. When checking, attention should be paid to its power supply voltage.
2. Some cylinder-type control valves do not have auxiliary lines or handwheels that can be changed. When inspecting, be sure to keep in touch with the process to prevent disrupting the process operation.
3. DisassemblySolenoid valve must be powered off first. When disassembling the cylinder control valve, be sure to relieve the pressure first.
