How to correctly choose AIRTAC sensor switch?
1. Confirm specifications
Do not use loads outside the specification range stated in the product sample. Current, voltage, temperature, etc. to avoid malfunction or damage to the magnetic switch.
2. Spacing confirmation
When using magnetic cylinders in parallel, the distance between the two cylinders should be greater than 40° to avoid magnetic switching. Magnetic interference between them causes malfunction.
3. Confirmation of cylinder movement speed
The magnetic switch is set at the middle position of the stroke. When the piston passes, the electrical signal sent by the magnetic switch is When driving a load, if the piston speed is too fast and the operating time of the auto switch is shortened, be aware that the load may not be driven. If the piston speed is greater than the maximum allowable speed, a magnetic switch with a delay function should be used.
4. Confirmation of wiring length
Contact magnetic switch: The wiring length to the load is too long, and when the switch is turned on As the inrush current increases, the service life will be reduced. 1. For magnetic switches without contact protection circuits, when the wiring length is greater than 5m, a contact protection box should be used.
