Selection and use requirements of Airtac air source processor
1. Select the air assembly required by the system based on technical performance parameters such as pipeline diameter, flow size, pressure regulation and filtration accuracy;
2. The filtration accuracy of the air filter is 2um or 5um. , 10um, 20um, 40um, 70um, 100um, seven types, you can choose the appropriate product according to the air quality requirements;
3 . When using a pressure reducing valve, try to avoid using the lower limit of the pressure regulating range, and select an appropriate pressure reducing valve according to the requirements of the operating pressure;
4. Installation sequence: start from the inflow end of the air source , connect the air filter, pressure reducing valve, and lubricator at one time. The direction of the arrow on the component housing is the direction of air flow.
Do not connect in reverse;
5. The air filter and oil mist must be installed vertically with the side with the cup facing down;
6. Once the oil mist flows backward, it will cause damage to internal parts and cause danger. Therefore, it should be avoided;
7. When installing and connecting, avoid mixing sealing tape, rust and other impurities into the pipeline.
