The vacuum filter collects pollutants (mainly dust) sucked from the atmosphere to prevent system contamination. It is used between the suction cup and the vacuum generator (or vacuum valve). Mufflers should be installed at the exhaust port of the vacuum generator, the suction port (or exhaust port) of the vacuum valve, and the exhaust port of the vacuum pump.
